I've had this bad boy for a couple months now and I really like it. It's modern, but not overkill. Its the perfect size for a smaller (@12×16ish) livingroom and a 44in flatscreen. The inside dimensions of the cabinets are a little narrow (15in), so wider electronics may need to stand up on end..not a huge deal for me, but if you're OCD, then plan ahead. Flame effects are nice...looks pretty real. I haven't seen many of these, so I really can't give a reliable rating on that. Gives good ambiance though. Heater is either on or off...not adjustable, but that's fine for the price. Surfaces you can see are solid wood...nice for the price. Not a lot of particle board. Assembly..haha, well it wasn't the greatest time I ever had, but I got it done on my own in about 4hrs INCLUDING the dog walk and coffee break...Not bad for a single lady! Fyi, a small power drill is helpful...just dont overtighten the screws. Oh, and don't forget the Advil the next day...it's kinda like doing yoga for hours on end. Hope this helps!

Enjoy modern farmhouse charm with this TV stand for flat screen TVs up to 60 inches and 50 pounds. Its unique saw cut style and innovative sliding barn doors will help you create a look everyone will love. Those unique doors conceal two side cabinets, each with two adjustable shelves for ample storage space. The open center shelf area also has two adjustable shelves, making more than enough room for gaming consoles, media components, and accent pieces you love to show off. Back panel cutouts help control wire tangles and provide ventilation for cooling components.

Does it come assembled?

Nope, took me (a relatively mechanic-savy lady) about 3-3.5 hr. Not fun, but do able.

How big of an area will the Walker Edison Model: BB58FP4DWBL unit heat?

My LR is kinda small @12x16 and it just takes a little while. Guess it depends on how cold the room is to start. The heater is either on or off...not adjustable, doesn't power off by itself. One night I fell asleep a couple hours with it on and it was really warm in the room. To sum it up, it's a nice unit for the price, but if heat is on the top of your list, I might look elsewhere. Hope it helps!
