I've always liked getting on the treadmill and elliptical, entering my stats (ht, wt, age etc) and seeing how many calories I've burned. Over the last couple of years my fitness regimen includes workouts from Beacbody (Insanity, TurboFire, etc). And while I've seen results, I never knew just how much I was burning. I needed a basic HR monitor to track not only my heart rate but determine approximately how many calories I burn. This HR monitor does just that! And using it along with my other fitness tools and apps, I can maximize my results. I'm very pleased with this product!
