This is my second nespesso machine, my first one broke after 3 years. The part that broke was the automatic pod dispenser, which was cool, but with that being said, this one is manual.. sure, not as fancy, and God forbid I have to move a lever....twice! Lol. So, not as fancy, but that part won't break now cuz it doesn't exist, but same great flavor and awesomeness of having an espresso machine at home...I already own the milk frothed, which is way cool too. Great machine, especially on sale, and half the price without the features I don't need anyway.

Can you wash a queen or king size comforter in this washer and it comes out clean?
That was my worry too..... I washed a queen comforter and hit the add water button to it plus steam.....came out fine

What is the difference between these two washers: LG WT7600HWA and LG WT5680HVA?
You could just google it like I just did.......my conclusion...not much except around $300. The "cheaper" one is larger and has an allergens cycle.....both are great, don't see a reason to buy the more expensive one....plus Best Buy has the 7600 on a great sale right now

Is installation and removal of the old washing machine included in the purchase price?
Don't know why you didn't notice the answer on Best Buy's website......yes the installation is "free" but you have to buy the new hoses $29.99. And yes they will haul away old for 14.99. When I bought my lg washer, they were giving a free google home device (99-129 value)

Can the mount be mounted upside down? Basically, if I wanted the 5" offset on one side or the other, could I swap the direction of the mount? Thanks.
Hi. Had to wait and ask the guy who installed it... he said yes, and these were the most versatile and well made and easiest mounts he's ever seen... hope that help! I love them (I bought 2 from the company) one had a longer swing for my 55", the other was for a 40". Both are awesome and swing and move beautifully
