I bought this adapter a month ago. It works great. Just plug in and play. Depending on the computer or tablet you have, a few adjustments may have to be made for audio and video to play thru the HDMI cable in your device's settings. So far, no issues. Great price!

Call of Duty: Black Ops III is the ultimate 3-games-in-1 experience. In Campaign mode, you must navigate the hot spots of a new Cold War to find your missing brothers. Players can play the campaign cooperatively or solo and are now always connected to the intelligence grid and their fellow operatives during battle. Multiplayer features a new momentum-based chained movement system, allowing players to fluidly move through the environment with finesse, using controlled thrust jumps, slides, and mantling. Black Ops III multiplayer also introduces the new Specialist character system, which allows players to master 9 characters' battle-hardened weapons and abilities through a challenge-based unlock progression system. No Treyarch title would be complete without its signature Zombies offering. "Shadows of Evil" has its own distinct storyline right out of the box, set in the fictional 1940s Morg City, where four particularly troubled individuals — the femme fatale, the magician, the detective, and the boxer — star in this film-noir inspired horror story.

Pretty good game. One of the best stories in the Call of Duty franchise. Online play is top notch as usual. Zombie mode is back! Bigger maps and new twist to the zombie story. Only drawback is the online maps get old fast. Season pass helps, but asking alot for the bundle.

I bought this hard drive for about $80. I wanted to use it for more space on my Xbox One. It lasted maybe a month before it stopped working. All I get is a read error. I tried re-formatting.... Nothing. I should have listened to all the bad reviews!!! Don't waste your money!!!!

Yes, I have mine hooked up to an LG UHD TV. It plays MOST of the video files used today. Runs 4K movies perfectly. No choppy or pixelation issues. I am also running the videos at 60fps.

Yes, you can back both of the computers using this hard drive. Be warned, this brand of hard drive has lots of crash or unrecognize issues with it. You might want to look into a Western Digital portable hard drive. Much more dependable.

Does this work with a Surface Pro 3?
Just wondering if this will work with the surface pro 3. I've read that some people have issues with it.
This works with a Surface Pro 3. I am running windows 10 on mine and it works just fine. I also hear lots of horror stories about this brand of portable hard drives. I would recommend getting a Western Digital My Passport portable hard drive. Great reviews on those.

Apologies if a question like this has already been presented and answered but is this external hard drive compatible with a Gateway M-7315u carrying Windows edition Vista Home Premium with Intel Premium Dual processor?

ShiTexas, this hard drive is compatable with Windows Vista, however, lots of issues with this brand of hard drive. I would recommend a Western Digital Passport portable hard drive. Waaaaaay more dependable.

Can I game from it?
My computer does not have much storage so I was wondering if I downloaded games to it if I would just be able to play them without transferring them over.
I have one of these as an external hard drive on my macbook pro and on my xbox one. I have the game files loaded on them and it works just fine. It is actually alot faster than the xbox one's stock hard drive.

Can I use this to exchange data from a Mac to a windows laptop with same format
My old Apple computer is on it's last legs. I want to change the files on it to pdf and then drop them into this hard drive and then be able to pull them into a windows laptop without reformatting the hard drive which would wipe out the Apple pdf files I'm trying to transfer in. Can I use this hard drive with one formatting to do the transfer???
Yes it will accept it. You have to change the format from Windows NT File System (NTFS) to MS-DOS (FAT). You can perform this on your MAC under the Applications Utilities menu and Disk Utility and click on the hard drive and erase. It will then ask you which format you would like.

Even the website doesn't state if this is active or passive
This is an active adapter. Make sure your device can accept it. Should have a DP ++ emblem on the port if it can.
