First roast was done, 155 degrees, in three hrs. , went to slow cook and cut down on the temp, cook for seven hours, melt in your mouth meat. Just needed to slow down the cooking time, great machine with the ability to do really slow cooking. Love it. Everyone should have one.
What's great about it: Easy use, quick clean up.
What's not so great: slow cook to hot.
I would recommend this to a friend!
