So far this has been an amazing laptop. It is efficient. Easy. Fast. Love the 17 inch screen. The quality is amazing. Plenty of everything anyone would need. . I had two other brands that I had to take back that were not Dell's. Have no idea why I even considered anything but Dell. So far no problems with this one. . I have owned several Dell computers and have been so pleased with all of them . The last one I had lasted 15 years. I also own a smaller Dell that my husband uses every day. Highly recommended. Not Happy with Asus

I have had two Asus computers since March 2016. The first one was at the Geek Squad 5 times for repairs in 6 months I had to buy a cheap Dell computer as a back up while my Asus was yet again in for repairs.. Best Buy refunded my money and I bought another Asus because the clerk said it was top of the line. That cost me yet another $100. I had that Asus only a month and the hard drive crashed twice. I took it back and got my money back and bought a good Dell which cost me yet another $100. I have owned 5 Dell computers and never had a problem .Hopefully I won't this time. I will definitely never buy Asus again.

I bought this product because I purchased a new computer and needed to get my pictures and documents downloaded to it. Since this was the first time I used a flash drive, the sales person at Best Buy took the time to help me with that. I have had several Dell computers and they have been wonderful. This one however was not so good. I only had it a couple of days and started getting messages that it was overheating. I call the Geek Squad and they said it seems to have a hardware problem. I decided to take it back since it was brand new and did not want problems to begin with and I found out that it may have also been because the casing was plastic. Also it was a little slow. It was my fault for purchasing a cheaper computer. Best Buy was wonderful. I exchanged it for an Asus that had a metal casing and paid another $400.00. Best Buy and The Geek Squad were amazing and so helpful. I will always buy my computers and TV's at Best Buy..
