Original installer disappointed

When the original installer came to set up he did put up tv but said that the antenna would not do what we wanted so he did not set up. Therefore, was unable to use the new smart tv. However, we were able to use the antenna for what we wanted after paying another person to set up antenna.

This was purchased for a 94 year old who wanted to get rid of dish tv due to expense. Original installer said would not do what we wanted. Next installer was able to set it up and we are able to get all local channels plus over 50 more.
