No remote control/Stereo sound

This system I immediately didn't like once it was out of the box.
1. This system has no remote control. It must be run through your cell phone or other device through an app. Its not very convenient to change the sound.
2. The system is only stereo sound. There is no surround sound with this system at all. It wasn't much different than turning up the tv to max other than the fact they provide a subwoofer. I returned this product the next day and got a Bose soundbar that IS surround sound and provides a remote and still has App access as well.

The TV was a great purchase! It came perfectly packaged, no issues, super easy to take out and install. Once installed the tv was very easy to hook up to my Wifi and Bose system. My whole experience with this TV so far is great from purchase with Best Buy, installation and ease of hooking it up to my desired systems. Its also very easy to navigate and use online features like Netflix.
