Nice lighty alarm clock with some addons and fails

After 2 weeks of use in a little girl room, the alarm clock was accepted by her pretty nice. Rounded, colorful, 110/220v, with FM and speakers enough for a small room and non demand quality ears, clear and visible display for hours and other settings, an USB port to charge your phone or tablet and Aux IN if some device hasn't bluetooth. The pairing was easy too, on iOS and android too. The colour play and options area really nice for a kid room.
On the other hand, some settings aren't easy for someone that are not familiar with this kind of use (tap tap + wait + other taps in other buttons + return and check,etc) The manual is ok, but could be painfull for someone besides the buttons are not illuminated. But the worst feature of this colour alarm clock is...the alarm clock setting. Yes, you can handl up to 2 different alarm settings BUT you can set Monday to Friday for example. Come on, it's an alarm clock and that feature is basic, really big fail.
So far, the good stuff is over the bad ones, so the average is going up for this product.

One of the best in its league

I decided to get a soundbar and it should be as compact as possible cause I need to move out.
I couldn't have a big soundsystem with several speakers neither a soundbar with a subwwofer attached.
After some listen and review in a BB local, I got this one.
You have cheaper bars but to be honest, the sound isn't clear enough and they lack of some features. For me a soundbar should have several connections type and Bluettooth enabled.
Bose has a similar device but one hdmi-in only and no bluetooth. Yes, it's sound seems to be a little clear at high level but like I said, my priority was the features described and if they come with a $100 cheaper, better.
So I got this Sony device and so far I'm happy with it. Clear sound, easy config and controller, songpal app is ok, bluettoth paired is simple and quick and the power fills a medium size room. If you expect a cinema sound, you're wrong. This is a 2.1 soundbar, with a modest bass level (shooting movies are ok) , clear trebble and some "body" sound. It's an under tv system, an enjoylable upgrade to any tv speakers or like a standalone sound system used with your cell via bluetooth or Xbox/PS devicde. BTW, the sync audio/video is fine with any kind of connection.
Of course, alternatives with wireless bass speaker aside get deeper sound. But if you compared this Sony at the same level with others, you'll find this is the best choice nowdays.
The design is ok, the front led with the input legend seems to be a little "eighties" but the rest feels good.
Tip: left some room in the back side. Read the recommended position to get a better sound.

I have to say, we're looking for a big deal to get this console and BB offered us a great one: extra controller, 2 games included, kinect and the xbox one of course. We got the full package on time and just as we´re expecting. So Halloween rocks with this deal. I see now a similar deal but without the extra controller. BTW, Xbox Live is sth to get and it worths every dollar. Not sure about BB Games Club but we'll check it. The first console in the family and so far it's awesome.

How good is the sound?
If you used to listen music with top brands and big devices, you can say that the sonud is average. It's an alarm clock with speakers, not a Bose sound system

It hasn't a dock, you can pair it via Bluetooth

"ANY" is too much, but I paired iPhones and android phones easily.

yes, it has a batt bckp and you can replace it in a future

Can the volume and stations/presets be changed via Bluetooth?
Only if you play from your device paired, not the radio preset from the Alarm Clock

Compatible with an ipod shuffle?
I would like a speaker/alarm clock that is compatible with an ipod shuffle. The ipod shuffle doesn't have bluetooth & the specs of this product say the USB port is for charging. Can you also use the USB port to connect to a music device instead of the bluetooth?
It has an AUX IN with his cable, so you can plugin to the 3.5mm jack on each device and listen music from your iPod or any other device
