Great refrigerator except for customer service

Great compact refrigerator and affordable price. Refrigerator arrived dented and customer service experience was terrible in handling the bad delivery.

Spacious, but stopped working after few weeks

I bought this refrigerator for great price. It worked great for first two weeks. Later we had issues with bottom freezer. Even on the lowest cold setting freezer compartment turned into polar ice cap and had to unplug the refrigerator and wait for few hours to operate the freezer door.
Best buy customer service was terrible. If you don't buy geek squad extended warranty through best buy they don't care to address appliance issues. When we called 1-888-best buy they asked us to call the store for help and store manager (Garrett, Laurel, MD)stated that our best bet is 1-888 best buy after the purchase because corporate takes care of the service not local store and we were stuck in the middle. It took me 5 days to talk to right representative. This is WORST BUYing experience.
