Perhaps this is an unfair review but I can only base it on my experience. Anyway, we just had an insane winter storm in the middle of friggin' April in Wisconsin and surprise surprise- my vehicle battery died. And boy was I excited to finally put this bad boy to use! Well, cut to one hour later- my vehicle battery is still dead. I'm not gonna go into detail about all the troubleshooting tips MyCharge gives (look them up yourself if you're interested) because simple put- none of them worked. Was my unit defective? Maybe, but a first impression should always be the best impression and this product was anything but that.

Constant pairing issues

I'll start by saying that sound quality is not that big of an issue to me. I listen mostly to audiobooks and podcasts so my main concern is reliability, simplicity, and convenience. Unfortunately these buds fail all three.
When these earbuds pair, they work fine but when they DO NOT pair, or only one earbud pairs... It is frustrating. One week of using these and I've had 3 or 4 problems with pairing.
Also, there's no way of controlling volume with the earbuds or neckband. That is just unacceptable for Bluetooth earbuds.
I like LG as a brand (I have the LG g watch r, and own a previous pair of their tone Bluetooth earbuds) but they just dropped the ball with this one.
