Wireless subwoofer dont connect with central console....
I just bought a Boston Acoustic Tvee SoundBar with wireless subwoofer. I have a technical problem or a malfunction in the subwoofer unit. I read and follow all the instructions and set everything ok apparently. I try all the troubleshooting tips set on the booklet. The problem is some kind rare because the TVee bar work well and the subwoofer it’s on and seems that has everything OK (fuse, channel, etc) but the indicator light is in light green and never changes to red like the manual said. So I tray everything and there’s no connection between de sound bar and the subwoofer unit….someone can help me? (I bought the sound bar and travel to another country with no Best buy stores or BA service center)
I'm no expert, but sometimes the distance between the two devices is a factor. I'd try it closer together and if that doesn't work, I'd move them further apart than you had them originally. It may be that you have them too close together or too far apart for good connectivity. But as I said, I'm no expert here.
