After reading so many horrible reviews on the Apple Super Drive, I decided to save some money and give this LG a try. I'm using it with a MacBook Pro 13 with retina display. So far I am pleased with this drive. I gave it 4 stars, because I can't, fairly, rate it higher or lower, at this time.

I hadn't read any reviews on this Lap desk, before I bought it. But, I am very happy with my purchase. I really like the wrist support and built in mouse pad. The only critical thing I can say is, the cell phone holder isn't much use to those who have covers on their phones.
