HOW MUCH WATER DOES IT USE PER LOAD ?
Nick, I don't know the actual amount of water. I do know that it uses a lot less water than my last agitator washer. This washer is constantly moving the clothes around and spraying them with water, so they aren't sitting in a full tub of water.

I heard without the standing agitator your clothes ball up and tangle, is this true?
I've had mine for a few months and my clothes have come out fine. No balling up or tangling. I actually love mine. I've washed sheets from king size and queen beds with no problems and the king and queen comforters. I love the simplicity of it. You put detergent, softener, and bleach in the bins before you start it and the washer adds it at the proper time! Amazing.

soak cycle
I was told that the soak cycle only lasts for 10 minutes. Is it possible to soak for longer. Sometimes things need to soak in oxy clean for a bit longer?
You can customize the soak cycle for longer.

Do you get mildew or mold smell?
I have an LG front loading washing machine and it gets mildew and moldy. Does this top loader have similar issues?
I've had my LG top load washer for a few months now and have not had that problem at all. No mold or mildew or smells. It's very clean!
