TV was broken, Best buy replaced it

The TV was broken, the image was clear in the left half of the TV and not visible in the right half. It was clearly a construction mistke. I was surprised that Samsung does not catch thsi quality mistakes before releasing the product.
However, BestBuy replaced the product very fast and very efficiently and now it works.
