Decent, But...

This is a decent monitor for gaming. It's one of the smoothest I've used so far thanks to 144hz refresh and 1 ms response time. But... it has some issues. Most noticable/annoying is it has severe backlight bleed through. It is not too noticeable while playing games, but on dark menu screens, watching movies, or a dark wallpaper of your desktop, it stands out like a sore thumb. Another issue is the led lighting, or lack thereof. The stock picture for this monitor will have you believe the whole bottom of the monitor lights up a cool led green. The truth is only the center part does. On top of that, the sides look like cheap greenish plastic that's not even close to the same color as the green led. Luckily you can disable the led altogether to achieve a more uniform look.
There are some things I really like about this monitor. For starters, 144hz works over HDMI. This is true on both my RX 580, and GTX 1080. Another great feature is that the monitor height is adjustable. You can raise it about 4 inches. This is great for me because it brings to monitor up to eye level. This means less stress on the neck. This also allows you to use the display in portrait mode by raising and rotating the screen.

Luxurious and Loud.

What can I say really, except that this laptop is amazing. Immediately out of the box you can see how stylish this laptop is. It's very thin, but has a very solid feel to it. It doesn't feel cheap at all. The finish feels like it could be stainless steel with a textured coating to prevent fingerprints from showing up. It has a 4K touch screen, which looks amazing, a black-lit keyboard (white), and it's plenty fast with it's i7 processor, 16GB RAM, and 500GB SSD. It's handled everything I threw at it with relative ease (except BO4, but was expected, lol). Also, the speakers sound amazing for a laptop.
There are a couple a couple of reasons that I couldn't give it a 5* rating. The most important reason has to do with the fan/fans. They are noisy. Even at the lowest setting they are very audible. If you happen to be streaming a movie, hopefully you have some good headphones so you can hear your show/movie. Another small issue is that there is only one USB port. Not a deal breaker, but would like at least 2. I normally will have a mouse and my phone plugged in at any given time.

Easy to Setup, Works Great!

I love these, and they are very easy to setup. First you will need to download the Sengled Home app. Then the easiest way to get started is to connect the base unit to an ethernet cable from your router. Once your get the initial setup out of the way by selecting what WiFi network you would like to use, you will no longer need to use the ethernet cable. This makes it very easy to hide the base unit. All you need is a outlet at this point and you can tuck the base unit wherever you want. All three lights come pre-synced to the base unit. All that's left is naming the locations you put the lights. After doing this you have access to more controls of each bulb/group. You can control brightness, color temperature, and change the color to whatever you desire. You can also set schedules for each bulb. I have one bulb in my bedroom, and two in my "office". I have also paired this system with Google Home, and I love the fact that I can turn them on with just my voice, as well as select whatever color, brightness, and color temperature without using the app.
Quick tip for changing color temperature with your voice, say "ok google, change color to warm white", "cool white", "bright white", etc.

Can Be Added To An Existing Velop System!

The way I setup this system will probably be different than most others on here. I already had a "Velop 3" system up and running. I chose to add this system as extra nodes to my existing WiFi mesh network. The Velop 3 system covered my whole house and much of my yard, but the speeds dropped off considerable depending on where you were in my house/yard. I now have nodes in the middle, and in each corner of my house, as well as one in my garage. That's 6 nodes! I now have tremendous speed and coverage anywhere in my house as well as my yard. I'm getting every bit of my advertised internet speed which is 250/20 Mbps. Adding the new nodes was super easy through the app. Whether you're using this as a stand alone, or adding extra nodes to your existing network, you will be quite pleased with the WiFi coverage this system provides.
In the pictures I posted, you'll notice my upload speed is only 19 Mbps, but I actually have this set as the max because I do a lot of online gaming, and this dramatically reduces bluffer bloat. It's usually around 25 Mbps without the QOS turned on in my main router.

Fantastic Wireless Earbuds!

These are by far my favorite earbuds I have tried out to date. They have a very neutral sound to them. The abundance of EQ presets available through the app is amazing. Jaybird's "Signature" sound preset is one of my favorites for listening to music because it closely resembles the sound I get from my Alpine Type R speakers I have in my truck. Even though there is no "active noise cancellation", they actually cut out much more noise than other earbuds I have tried out with actual "active noise cancellation". Battery life is on par with the 6 hours advertised. At work, I get at least 6 hours, but there are "breaks" that split up my 9 hours shifts. I start work at 5am. I'll plug in my headphones when I get to work. At 7am is my first break, and the headphones are fully charged. I'll start listening at 7:15am, and I will not need to recharge them the rest of the day. I get off work at 2:30pm and the headphones are usually around 30-40% still, granted I'm pausing and talking to people and taking breaks every two hours. I've tested this over the past three days, and these are my findings.

Painfully Slow Loading

My first impression when I opened up the box and saw this laptop was, alright, this looks like a serious gaming laptop. It has a nice screen, back-lit keyboard (a gaming must), surprisingly good sound from the laptop speakers, and is very stylish. After waiting for what seemed like forever for it to boot up, and go through the setup process (the 1TB HGST 7200RPM hard drive just isn't cutting it), I was finally able to get into some games.
First up, Black Ops 4. Unplayable at lowest settings. I was getting 23 FPS max, and major stuttering. Next I tried CS: GO, this one actually ran good FPS numbers between 80-120 at high/ultra settings, but suffered severely from input lag. Meaning you move the mouse, and there is a delay in action on the screen. I then had my daughter load and play Sims 4. It ran decent at high settings too, but also suffered from the same input lag. I'm not sure what that is caused by. I would also like to note that sometimes when I start these games, the game will start and then the screen will go black, then come back on. I think this is the GPU switching, but it's rather annoying. There has been a few occasions that the screen stayed black. Hitting the Windows key, and then selecting the game icon on the taskbar usually corrected the issue, but I shouldn't have to do that. This being so new, I hope there will be a driver or firmware update to correct this.
Recent AAA titles may not play well on this laptop, but most other games will probably play just fine. If you're looking for portability and casual gaming, and don't mind long loading times, this is for you. If you're even remotely serious about gaming, I recommend looking elsewhere. At the very least I would upgrade the hard drive to an SSD. I put an old 120GB SSD in this PC, cloned Windows, and this dramatically improved my experience with this laptop.

I'm writing this review just after cooking some frozen chicken breast for dinner. I was able to cook them from frozen to ready to eat in 20 minutes using the pressure cooking feature. Normally I take the chicken out a day or two before and let them thaw in the fridge, then grill them. This pressure cooking option is a game changer, and they came out pretty good. I also learned a couple things doing this for the first time. Next time, I'm sure they will come out exactly how I expect them. For example, I won't be adding so much water next time. My daughter made some chicken nuggets earlier, and she said they were "okay for chicken nuggets", so the air fryer aspect is working as well. I'm looking forward to cooking other things soon. I think a stew might be next. I'm also interested in trying some steaks on here. I'm loving this Ninja Foodi.
One small con is there are two lids. I was hoping that one lid took care of both features, but sadly not. So you will need to find a place to store pressure cooker lid.

An Excellent Choice

This TV has an excellent picture whether it's 1080p or2160p. Setup was very easy. The remote is also easy to use. There are several different picture modes, as well as audio modes to fit your liking. You can also customize either one to suit your needs.
Streaming videos is quick and easy, but in 4K, it takes a minute to kick in, or at least in my case because I'm doing it via wifi. The video starts out in 1080p, then goes to 4K/UHD after a minute or two. The selection of 4K movies on Amazon Prime is slim right now, but there are quite a few Amazon original series available. Sadly none of my UHD movies on Vudu or Movies Anywhere ported over to Amazon. Only the HD/HDX version did. Also a quick FYI, you will need an internet connection of at least 15 MB/s to stream 4K video.
Searching for content is very easy using Alexa. Just say what you want, and you will be provided a list of options. Even if Amazon doesn't have what you're looking for, an option for other ways to watch is provided.

Almost the Ultimate Gaming Mouse.

Having used several "wireless" gaming mice, this one is by far the best one I have used. There is no lag to speak of, zero. The tracking is insane. It's extremely accurate. I generally run my mice at 5400 DPI, and I've been running this one it at 5000 and it moves quicker and feels way more precise than my other mice at 5400 DPI. Fully charged, you'll get about 50 hours out of it, or at least according to the software.
Despite all the great things this mice is, there a few things that doesn't make it the perfect gaming mouse. For starters, this mouse is slightly smaller than I'm use to. I have large hands, so this was they first thing I noticed after un-boxing and setting it on my mouse pad and grasping it for the first time. Another issue I have is that the DPI button is on the bottom. This may be a non-issue for many, but when I play FPS shooters, I change my DPI depending on what gun I'm using. I simply programmed the buttons that would be used for a left handed user to be the DPI up and down. Worked out fairly well. Another issued I have is that the mouse is very light, so moving the mouse is very easy, sometimes too easy and I over aim my targets. This is mostly a muscle memory issue, but it would have been nice if Logitech had included a weight to compensate those of us who prefer slightly heavier mice. There's even a spot for it on the bottom, just like the the G703 they make.
Overall this is a phenomenal mouse. This one is going to be hard to beat. Currently I'm torn between my old faithful G700s, and this new Wireless Pro. After playing a bunch of COD today, I'm really considering making this my daily.
I added a picture so you get the idea of the size difference. If they made the hump a little higher, This would be perfect for my hand.

Almost Great.

I really like this mouse. It's extremely accurate, and fits my large hand well, but I do have a couple issues. The main issue I have can be fixed/addressed with a software update. The issue is with the actual OP software. You can adjust the DPI, The RGB, lift off distance, and even angle snapping, but you can not setup profiles for each game. You are limited to three profiles. They can be accessed via the software or the mouse. Ideally, you would want a particular profile to load when a certain game or application is launched. For example, for everyday desktop use, I have my mouse setup for 5200 DPI, precision on, default buttons, but when I play COD WW2, I play at 5600 DPI and "precision" off, and normally have the buttons programmed actions other that forward/back and scroll. I have to manually select the profile I want, and also manually disable "precision" via the windows mouse settings app. This is not something I care to do each time I play a game.
The second thing I don't care much for is the location of the mouse sensor. I normally use a G700s (wired), and the sensor is near the top of the mouse, making my movements quicker, and I don't have to move the mouse as much to make the movement. Upping the DPI helped a little, but this is probably a muscle memory issue, and in time, I will get used my new Clutch 2.
Overall it's a very accurate and comfortable mouse. I enjoy using it.

Unfortunately, no. It has an integrated Intel HD 520 with no dedicated video RAM. If your looking for a laptop to play those titles, look for one that come with at least and Nvidia GTX 940M. I believe to upgraded version of this laptop comes with that option.
