I bought this for our bedroom in May and given vacations, busy end of school schedules and other demands I wasn't able to get the wall mount hung until last weekend. I took the tv out of the box, hung it and turned it on. There was a large internal crack in the screen rendering it completely useless. As a long time Best Buy customer (appliances, tvs, cameras, iPads and more) I was blown away by their simple answer that they weren't responsible and wasn't their problem. I won't be shopping at Best Buy anymore which is a shame because I dont like supporting Amazon either.
