Nice product - Awful Service

My computer came and it is awesome, works well. However, I found out that the ethernet port doesn't work, in my motherboard (Strike 1, that should have been tested).

Called IBUYPOWER and they can replace the motherboard, if:

1) I send them the whole 15 Pound computer and PAY MYSELF for Shipping

2) Take the motherboard away myself and send that to them. After that I will receive (sooo... at least a month with no computer) a new one and I have to put it all together (MYSELF AGAIN).

3) They CHARGE me for a new Motherboard, send that to me, I install the Motherboard and send it back to them. Only THEN they reimburse me for it. (Remember, I will have to do it all by MYSELF Here)..

I like dealing with electronics, and I was okay with installing all by myself until I found that they would charge me for it first. THAT IS ABSURD, as this is a $1500 product, not a cheap thing.

Completely disappointed with the poor service and I DO NOT recommend anyone to buy this, if it is to build yourself you can build better computers with less.
