Very poor check out experience in the store.

This whole experience has been a disaster. When we took the computer back to BestBuy for help within the first 30 days after the purchase because we were having problems, we were told we would have to pay an additional $200 for tech support. We had the computer less than 30 days & could not get the help we needed. Will probably NOT return to BestBuy though we have purchases thousands of dollars of merchandise in the past.

What's great about it: Nothing.

What's not so great: Our Mac got a virus & we were told we wouldn't need tech support "because Macs don't get viruses."

No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
