When my microwave literally fell apart, my wife and I needed a new one. After a little bit of research we had a few of them narrowed down, with this information in hand we went to to store and really like the looks and feel of this microwave. We had the staff of best buy do the install for us. We could not be happier with this item. It works very well and is extremely quiet.
