Considering the point to which technology has evolved and that BB displays 4 brands of a/v receivers in this price range, the differences seem to be minor details and personal preferences. Might have bought similar Marantz, but hate that stupid "porthole" on their facias. Never had problems with past Pioneer ELITE purchases and have had none with this. And from the standpoint of esthetics it just looks nice!!
What's great about it: just about everything
What's not so great: no printed instruction manual
I would recommend this to a friend!

excellent sound for "mini" speakers

Originally wanted MIRAGE Omnisats but they were discontinued by mfr. The B&Ws sound better than Klipsch, Def Techs and others I auditioned. Had never heard of this brand before but they sound so good I'll probably upgrade to larger ones (for the front channels in a 5.1 system). But, several friends who have heard my system asked "Why upgrade when these sound so good?"
What's great about it: sound quality
What's not so great: no complaints
I would recommend this to a friend!
