Damaged IPad Trying to remove the case

I damaged my new iPad 128gb by trying to remove the case. It took me nearly an hour to finally remove it scratching and inadvertently cracking the camera glass, and bending my iPad. Not happy!!! I tried to gently remove it by hand and when that failed, I had to use a flat head screwdriver to pop it out of the case.

My iPad now is bowed and scratched beyond any future trade in value. Not happy!!!
