Love my mac. Love the ease of use, quick start & all the features. It really should get 5 stars, the only reason it didn't get 5 stars is that the keyboard had one defective key - I spent a week fussing with it, thinking for some reason that maybe a "lower" delete key was a design feature - but it started to malfunction - deleting entire documents with one stroke - yikes. thank goodness for the cloud & the fact I could retrieve my document. a trip to the apple store (since best buy doesn't service macs) & the problem was fixed in a couple of minutes. Wish I'd noticed it when I opened the box. But all in all I love my mac & would give it 5 stars if it wasn't for the defect that it had out of the box.

I'm hoping this power cord lasts longer than my last one - the mac power cords seem to last only a year, this one seems to be slightly redesigned with reinforcement near where it attaches to my mac (not sure what that part is called).

Love the number of pages one gets from the brother ink. I was so tired of how quickly my old hp printer used up ink een if I was printing just text, the color ink seemed to be used up. This is my first purchase of ink for my new brother printer so I'll have towawit and see how quickly it is used up.

I liked the price of this printer and that its a printer-scanner-fax. (though I haven't used the fax). I'm a writer, so I tend to print lots of text so its great for that. But the print quality for photos doesn't compare to my old hp photo smart printer. But my hp died in a little over a year so there was no way I was getting an hp again. Though maybe i"ll resurrect my old hp for printing photos.
Disappointed I had to go online to download printer software & the instructions were not clear.
Wish there was a maybe box for "would I recommend this to a friend. So I guess my answer is yes, but only if its not used for photos.
