Geek Squad did not complete the conversion of data from my old PC as promised. I had to get help from Microsoft in order to convert my PST files from my old PC.

Geek Squad did not complete the conversion of data from my old PC as promised. The setup of e-mail was done incorrectly and it caused me many problems due to lost / deleted e-mail. I had to call Microsoft to fix the issues.
