I got this for my wife's Note 4 to use for Galaxy VR. Galaxy VR as a concept is cool, but these first generation headsets are heavy on your head. The newest model for the S6 and S7 is a lot lighter. You can tell this thing was a prototype almost. Still worth it if you have a Note 4 though.

One of the biggest advantages of Android phones that few people take advantage of is that they can use the same flash drives regular PCs use as long as it has a micro USB connector. This flash drive was plug and play with my wife's Note 4, and allows her to easily copy files back and forth to her PC without messing with the cloud or digging out the MicroSD. Sandisk is the king of flash drive reliability and has been for years, making this a recommended buy.

Better Than the Old Model

I had the original model of this, and it would occasionally make a crackle noise when the speakers were on but nothing was playing. That drove me nuts but I needed wireless, so I upgraded to the new model shown here. The new model works great, no noise, and it takes up less space than the old model. If you need wireless rear speakers this is the only game in town and that isn't a bad thing.

Best Movie Sequel of 2015

Everyone got excited about Star Wars, but right here is the best sequel done in 2015. The movie is a perfect homage to the original Jurassic Park, with old themes and characters but a new plot and an understanding that CGI alone won't amaze anyone. The moment portrayed on the Blu Ray cover (riding with raptors) is as good as Hollywood blockbusters can get.
The Blu Ray is a fantastic copy of this movie, easily one of the best they have made. I now use this as my "show off my system" Blu Ray. Its that good.

The Chromecast audio is easily the best device that has come out in years. Not only does it completely replace terrible bluetooth adaptors used to modernize old stereos, but a bunch of them can do Sonos's best trick for a tenth the price Sonos asks.
I now have four of these devices all through my house. I can create a group on my phone via the app that includes all of them, and when I chose this group the music plays through them all at once in sync. The sound quality out of each (on everything from computer speakers to a nice AVR) is perfect, and if for some reason one isn't in sync you can adjust the delay. The end result is what millionaires pay people thousands of $ to wire their houses to do, or Sonos will sell you an overpriced speaker to do: whole home audio!
There are a few quirks, and it doesn't work great with every app (I use it with Spotify), but for the price its the best device in years.

Nowadays there are a lot of routers that offer a lot that people don't need, like tri-or quad-band 802.11AC support, when at the end of the day all most people need for range and internet is a good 2.4GZ 802.11N router. This is that router. It is solid, easy to configure, and can deliver all the internet that 99% of America can get. I run to this router for friends and family, and I recommend it for those who want to get devices online. If you want to host a shared USB drive and you need AC to access that content quickly look to the RT-AC68P. It is faster for those purposes. That router is more though, and this one does just as well for most people's internet speeds.
