We bought this to be a backup in our small office. From other reviews, I thought this would be easy enough to setup myself....I was wrong. We had to hire the Geek Squad to come out and really get this backup to work properly. There seems to be a few quarks in where it is saving the backups, but we seem to be correcting those with a little bit of effort. Overall its a great backup and worth the money.

Purchased two of these for use in a small office. One seems to work fine, but every once in a while will emit a very loud buzzing noise when trying to print. The other printer seems to work half the time. It goes offline, won't come back online, prints really slow half the time. If it was still in the return window, we would return both of these.
