This is not only extremely professional look to it as it looks like you are just carrying a portfolio, but it great if you are going to use it with the detachable keyboard. It lets me keep everything nicely bundled and protected. If you aren't going to use the keyboard, I would use a different case though. It is just my opinion, bit this case to hold the tablet is more cumbersome yet still usable, but I would prefer something sleeker if using just as a tablet.

Good, had some issues thought.

Surface has been great when it works correctly. Have been on support for about 10hrs in the first month of owning it all because of some corrupt system files. I haven't even done much with it. Quite literally just some research and film editing for work. Geek squad has helped me get it running back to normal again as well as get windows 10 up and running, but those hours spent on support has made me review this as good instead of great.
