Computer mostly great, Lenovo and BB, not so much

Aside from the Shift key being in the wrong place which everyone complains about and was easily fixed by a remapping of the keys and a pop off and switch of the keys, this is a great computer. Love the added number keypad on the right. The large screen is great to watch video and the resolution is amazing. Love the flexibility of the touch screen.
Ordered this and got a bad one first - no volume. Called, went in to BB and ultimately decided to try again with another. Planned to pick it up and was not allowed to change who picked it up. BB blamed it on Lenovo. I couldn't change it through the store or Lenovo and ultimately had to wait till after a trip to go in myself. Best buy also wouldn't hold it for longer than the 10 days so i had to go on the day i got in from a red-eye. Just really frustrating customer service all the way around.
