Refused to connect after 4 months

Worked fine for 4 months. Only used wi fi for utube. Finally got Netflix, and it worked fine for two days. After That, it seized up. I unplugged it and replugged it and it worked for one more day, then refused to connect at all. It recognized my network, showed a strong signal, but would not connect. Called Samsung and was told that if the router is more than 15 feet from the device, they are not responsible for whether or not it connects! Thank goodness for Best Buy. They accepted it as defective.
I will certainly contine to shop at Best Buy. Can't say the same for Samsung. Their products may have a good reputation, but their customer service is the absolute worst I have ever encountered.
By the way, this product does not have any kind of indicator light to let you know if it is on or off. It's a constant, minor irritant. The blu-ray player worked fine.
