I have been an Xbox gamer for many years. I own the Xbox 360, Xbox One, Xbox one S and now the Xbox One X. In addition, I own a PS4 Pro and a Nintendo Switch. I also own a high end AlienWare gaming laptop. Ok, don’t judge me, my hobby is gaming! But, it does put me in a unique position to compare and contrast the consoles. I am running the X through a fairly new Sony 65” 4K HDR TV. I can tell you that the X is absolutely the best console ever made! It produces beautiful graphics especially on games enhanced for the X. This Xbox is equivalent to a thousand to fifteen hundred dollar gaming PC. I am so impressed with this console and it’s even slightly smaller than the S. I have an Xbox One, Xbox One S, PS4 Pro, PSVR and now the Switch. I play games on all of the platforms and while graphically Zelda on the Switch certainly does not match the other consoles, the game itself is so engrossing and addicting that it makes up for a bit less graphics performance. The game is fluid to play and I really like its rating so that any age can play it. No bad language, excessive violence or gore that I have noticed so far. To be honest, the only reason I got the Switch was to play Zelda and it was worth the price of admission.

First one didn't work!

The first one I bought would not emit a wifi signal. After speaking to customer support ant trying everything, I brought it back. The second one worked great for about 36 hours and then quit completely! I had to bring this one back too. I am not going for a third. I think the manufacturing of these things is extremely poor. I would recommend staying away!

Great Soundbar For The Price

I use this Soundbar on the mantle underneath my 65" Sony TV. The TV is mounted on the wall above the fireplace and the Soundbar is sitting on the mantle itself. The sub has got really good bass and adjustments for level and crossover. The crossover lets you "fill in" the sound from the bar itself. It helps to give you a rich full sound. The JBL is crisp without being obnoxious and had excellent mid range. I looked at and listened to all of the bars equally priced and loved the JBL. The Sony sound bars were a little lower profile but did not sound as good. Liked the Polk but not near as much as the JBL. As with all sound bars, you need to position the sub woofer for optimum sound and set your Bar for shelf or wall mount. It does effect the sound. This bar comes with a bracket to wall mount it. I like the Bluetooth capability of the JBL as well and it easily connected with my iPhone so I could play music through it. Anyway, if you're looking for a mid priced Soundbar, I don't think you'll be disappointed in this.

Great TV For Most Things

All and all, the picture on this TV is unbelievably great. This TV upscales the 1080I feed from TWC in my area outstandingly well. It looks like a 4K picture. The smart TV features are great. The dual remotes are excellent. This TV uses passive 3D, which I like much better than active, less expensive glasses and doesn't give me a headache. However, the 3D after the recent update is better, it still blurs on fast action. I don't use 3D a lot, usually just when people are over. The regular TV tends to jutter a bit on fast action as well. What I am really impressed with is how good the regular TV picture is. I really cannot tell a difference between an upscaled 4k image and an actual 4k feed.
