My son synced these up with a friend's phone. Since then, he has tried to sync up with our ipad at home and it will not recognize it. How do we fix this?
Plug into your computer, remove the Bluetooth pairing of the phone and then pair with the iPad. Technically, the iPad should recognize the headphones when turned on and you press the power button on the headset on and off a couples times to reset. If all else fails, do a hard reset by holding on the power button on for 30 seconds, or some models had a pin hole where you press with a paper clip to hard reset.
