Worst buy

I used it for about 2 weeks and had for a month . We went on vacation and didn't utilize a lot but when we came back we used a couple times then one day it would not drain I thought wow what happened. Called Samsung as they came to look at dryer because of error code and they said they didn't know how to open the unit up so they would have to research and come back. They came back and said the pump is malfunctioning and it needs to be replaced but in order to get to bottom pump they need to take apart top washer. My concern with all this is that's it's brand new I called Samsung they would not replace unit or refund as I explained to them my unit will now be refurbished . After going back and forth with Samsung they said no they will not replace or refund because their policy is only if it's not repairable they would exchange or refund. So after spending $50 each trip to laundry mat I gave in and they will be coming Thursday (tomorrow) to repair pump. I had issue with dryer and they cost me money and never got a refund. I'm annoyed at this point so I would never buy anything from Samsung again . I upgraded after having my washer and dryer for 5 years and they were still working I just wanted the new technology and two washers in one for a family of six was hard to pass up.

If you have a iPhone it's not easy to connect . I still was unable to connect my husband bought the new Samsung plus and I had to create the acct from his phone .
