I cannot say enough good things about owning the FitBit HR. In fact the only negative thing is that it's not waterproof. It has helped motivate me to keep moving and get my heart rate higher. My kids view my stats online and send me encouragements and congrats when I accomplish something. The techie part was super simple for an old lady like me to operate. There are a ton of us BabyBoomers out there that would really benefit from this device. I don't even want to know how it can tell I am walking on my treadmill but it does a fairly good job tracking my miles (not perfect but darn good). I even hang onto the rail a lot. Tracks how many floors I walk up each day too. I have only scratched the surface of what it can do and I love it. Get one for your parents! BestBuy had the best price and delivery was super fast too.

Best-Priced little audio cable

I purchased the digital audio cable to connect my new smart TV to a Klipsch sound bar. I only needed a short cable since the sound bar is located right below the TV. I heard it was important to purchase a quality cable to insure good sound. This cable worked perfectly and I do not notice any sound distortion. I found cables selling at two or three times the price but decided to give this one a try. I highly recommend this one for both price and quality.

Can two different persons use the same fitbit charge HR?
We tried to do exactly that. I suppose it's possible if you go in on your computer and label the workout times that you know where for each person but it does not allow you to simple switch users from user A to user B or anything like that. I think it's because the purpose is to track your entire day and night. To be able to show you your average resting heart rate and all your activity throughout the day. It cannot accomplish that if it loses track of you when someone else is wearing it.

Will this track stationary bike activity?
It's not super accurate tracking miles on a treadmill I'm going to assume similar issues will exist on a stationary bike but you can set the timer, and do your bike ride, then stop the timer and it will show you your heart rate for that period of time and heart rate really should be the workout goal not distance. Maintaining your ideal workout heart rate for 'x' number of minutes is what's important, doesn't really matter how far you went.

Will this work with a Samsung Galaxy lite phone
Is this compatible with a Samsung Galaxy Lite phone?
The support page gives you information on which phones it will work with and says there are over 150 devices. https://www.fitbit.com/devices will present you with the total list of all devices it supports. I see the Galaxy Core lite listed but check out the page and see if your exact phone is listed there. That page also lists the devices with known issues connecting with the FitBit. Good Luck!

Do you need to keep the dongle plugged into your computer all of the time?
We only plug ours in to charge it once a week or so. It's totally wireless and can sync automatically whenever you are within 'x' number of feet of your computer or by manually clicking on the FitBit icon on your computer. You do need to connect it the first time to set things up. After that, you never really NEED to connect it via the cable unless you want to charge it that way.

Can it be used as a stop watch?
I ref soccer and it would be nice to have a timer for 25 or 30 minute halves.
My mom uses it to track her workout times. You just hold down the little side button for a couple of seconds and the timer starts. Hold it down again and it stops. You can review these 'workout' times on your smart phone or computer later. I think the idea is to track your heart rate during the timed event but it is timing whatever you want it to time. Displays how many minutes have gone by but the tiny screen does not remain lit. You have to tap it to see information.
