Pros - 4 wide slots, countdown timer, good range of settings 1-7. Warming, defrost and bagel settings. Bagel setting toasts one side only like it should.
Cons - high pitched noise even when it is off so I keep it unplugged. Evenness of browning could be better. It beeps twice when the toast is done; why does EVERYTHING have to beep these days!?
