When I was inquiring about the cost of installing the unit I desired the installation team helped me to save a total of $200 off of the usual price by selecting the unit I did ... adding in 2 new speakers and having it all done in under 90 minutes! This is an amazing laptop. Have waited a very long time to buy something new so wanted to educate myself as to modern options. Did my due diligence - basic homework of researching and reading extensively about how this Dell matches up against all the competition in this size - features - touch screen - graphics depth - processing power - solid state drive - back lit keyboard - specifically vs.Apple MacBook - and most agree - this laptop ROCKS!!! It is right up there as one of BEST in its class! So far I can only agree. Still getting used to Windows 10 but other than that curve - this is SO fast and the touch sctreen such a step up from where I was coming from (XP) that I am extremely satisfied! It is a high quality device!! I wanted something that would still be relevant for several years to come. I was offered a great deal at Best Buy and I didnt mind the price tag. I can personally recommend this product.
