I am so upset about the washer that I don't know what else to say about the dryer. The first attempt I made to use the machine the clothes did not dry thoroughly. I had to run it a couple times and use less clothes. I wanted the biggest machines so that my laundry for a family of 5 would be maximized but I'm over all just very disappointed with Best Buy. I had Samsung front load machines prior to this and never had any issues.

We just bought the washer during Black Friday deals and already certain cycles are not working. The soap is not being dispensed properly and the machine stopped in the middle of a cycle and started making weird loud noises that I recorded on video. I am so disappointed with this machine. My purchasing experience with Best Buy was also the worst I've ever had! I charged everything to my Best Buy credit card which was approved. Then after scheduling delivery date they cancelled my order without telling because one item was out of stock. I agreed to purchase it with a back order date in Jan but they told me I missed the Black Friday deal and have to order and charge my card all over again. I spent hours on the phone and even days because of this. They ended up honoring the Black Friday deals and I got the machines I wanted only to have them broken with the very first wash I attempted. Now I have to waste more time with the warranty company and getting the machines serviced. This was the worst decision I have ever made.
