I use reusable k-cups so I can use my own coffee and not put 1 million plastic cups in landfills. Not sure if it's the K-cup or the Keurig itself, but there are a few too many coffee grounds in the mug of coffee.

Pros: It's light, large enough for middle-aged eyes to read, touch screen works well.
Cons: The SD slot is hard to open and use, and I've not gotten the SD I bought to work with it. If it runs out of battery power before you recharge it, after it's charged again, it won't turn on until you hold down a bunch of buttons, and you have to do it 5 or 10 times before it even works. SO ANNOYING. This isn't BB fault, but wish Google/Samsung would fix the issue already. I would reluctantly recommend this to a friend, but tell them to see if they can't get a tablet for around the same price that doesn't have this issue.

Great picture quality. Great sound through the soundbar, but the soundbar takes up an HDMI slot. Comes with so many Smart options I could not begin to use them all. Works brilliantly with Googlecast. Easy to set up...
I had GeekSquad install it and they were top-notch, plus super inexpensive considering what they did--running wires through walls, mounting and setting up the TV and attached devices, remote programming. I did re-set it up after they left because I decided to change the HDMI device order.
