Not a long enough cord

Summary says it all... in some cases the length of the cord is not an issue... but in quite a few, it is not a long enough cord. Other than that, it does what it was intended to do with no issue.

Unfortunately, there is not an option for 4.5 stars... I debated whether to give this a 4 or 5 start rating.... for the simple reason that the button used to turn the device on and off does not always align properly. It is not a big deal... However, the device, including the keyboard, are great to use, lightweight, and it seems to protect the device pretty good.

What's the major difference b/t the 8610 & 8620 (8620 MSRP is $100 more). Look the same even tho 8620 weighs almost 10 lbs more?
I used the 8610 daily, and had very few issues with it. Occasionally I would have top feed issues, or paper feed issues. From a personal preference perspective, I think the 8620 is more user friendly. I also think wireless connections are quicker (I didn't time either one, but it seems the 8620 is a quicker machine.) I have not had any paper feed issues with the 8620, and it is used daily.

Does my Mac computer require a Cd port for this printer to work with my Mac because it doen't have a CD port?
I print to the 8620 from a MacBook Pro, which does not have a CD drive. I use wireless connection, and have no issues.

Simultaneous / Dual connectivity possible? (Wired and Wireless)
We would like to connect this printer to two different computers simultaneously. One uses wireless to access the internet the other only uses the ethernet. So they are on two different "networks" so to speak. Can we set up the printer to be accessible to both? Use a wireless connection for the wireless computer and a USB connection for the ethernet style computer ? Will that cause a problem with the printer?
You should have no issues with a "dual connection". I say this with confidence, as I currently use the HP Officejet 8620 with a hard connection as well as wireless connection for ease of printing around the office (I can print things directly from my iPhone, or a laptop using the same Wi-Fi connection, or I can print documents from the desktop for a more secure connection.)

Is the the HP 8620 Energy star rated. Some ads I have read say yes-some say no!
Yes, the HP Officejet Pro 8620 is Energy Star rated. If you would like to verify my answer, please visit your favorite Best Buy store, ask the knowledgeable customer service representatives, and/or look at the box on the shelf, where you will find the energy star rating. I understand reviewing merchandise online can be confusing, as information provided can be contradicting.
