I purchased these for the VIZIO 40" 5.1 sound bar system. None of the provided screws would fit the rear speakers. Hardware store carries them, 4x16mm they're a little too long but nothing a few washers couldn't fix.

I purchased this extender a month ago, after using the Netgear WN3000 (smaller version) for 9 months. I thought i would get a stronger and more consistent signal, which I am. I moved the smaller one to another room for the kids games and use this one in another part of the house. FYI if you ever want to reset it, use a paperclip and hold it in for 60 seconds (had to call customer support to find that part out). Works great!!! Highly recommend !!

How far will this device extend my signal without delay?
I have my internet service wired into one building on my property which is used for an office. My house is about 250 feet away. Is this device strong enough to boost the signal from the office to the house at a strength sufficient to stream internet content to my TV's in the house? Between the two buildings there is only open space. The only walls are the building exterior walls to each building.
I have 5 acres, it covers more than an acre each way, I would say Yes.

Do I need to set up a new wifi network for this?
I had used a Netgear extender in the past, and it didn't seem to work right as I had to name it something other than my FiOS router. So when I entered the area of the extender, I had to pick the network on my iPhone for example. I'm looking for something that is seamless. I set it up, and no matter where I go, my wifi is extended. Specifically to stream from an xbox or ps4.
You can use the same "main" configuration or it will automatically add "_2GEXT or _5GEXT" to your SSID.

I have Comcast wireless internet it is hooked up on the first floor but my home computer is on the 2nd floor will this help my speed to the 2nd floor

Is this extender good for online gaming?
My internet provider is Comcast. I have 50 mbps internet speed. I also have a large house with thick walls. Would this extender be good enough to extend the signal over my house and does it provide a reliable connection for gaming?

Can the extender be connected through a wired connection to the router?
I already have a CAT 5 wire that goes from the room that houses the router to the room where I want to place the repeater (I do have a large house and backyard). Can I connect the repeater via an Ethernet cable so the signal to repeat has a better quality?
Yes you can connect via wired, it has a Gigabit Ethernet port and it can also be used as an Access Point.

Most definitely it will improve your signal. I have a router in one house and the AC1200 in another 100' feet away and it extends the signal thru multiple walls and floors.

what does setup require ... wireless or ethernet?
is the AC1200 wireless or does it need to be connected to the router via Ethernet?
Wireless and if you have a smart phone you can set it up from your phone. Very simple.
