Read a lot of reviews for this system before the purchase and more were flattering than not.
I do not know what kind of sound those reviewers are accustomed to but I am disappointed with them.
Trebel sounds too tinny, even after several adjustments on both the computer and the speakers,.....almost annoying.
The subwoofer was reviewed as having a room-shaking effect....NOT.
That being said, I was, after much adjustment, able to adjust the sound to a level that my Wife, who uses the system the most, is happy with.
And NO I am NOT an audiophile snob who listens to high-end audio equipment.
Next time though, I will buy separate components (speakers/amp/ sub-woofer).
--Listening at LOW volume--for now--

Very minor issue with this stand. When attempting to install the attaching hardware for the legs some of the screw-holes were difficult to thread into due to the fact that when the stand was (beautifully) powder-coated gloss black they failed to ensure no powder was inside the hole.
Other than that the stand is very sturdy and the gloss black finish is very attractive. It fits in very well with my other black components.

Leery of purchasing a "refurbished unit" but with a 1 yr warranty I pulled the trigger.
Only 1 minor, and I do mean minor issue.....the HD makes a high-pitched squeal during operation. If it gets louder then I'll take advantage of the warranty.
Only 2 months new and has had very limited usage, so far, so I cannot give 5 stars.
It lives up to the hype on the website description and, to me, was an excellent buy. Recommended for ANY home office use, especially with high-speed internet.

Minor Nits to pick.....
1. The buttons located on the bottom of the monitor frame need to be a bit more pronounced, especially the POWER button.
2. The POWER ON indicator LED needs to be mounted in the monitor-frame closer to the front-edge to more easily see when it is illuminated.
Like I said, minor Nits. Otherwise, this is an excellent monitor for the price-point.
Such a recent purchase that I cannot give 5 stars but I'll update in about 6 months.

Had an HP Inkjet Printer (from the '90s) that had ZERO issues during its' life. I purchased this newer HP Envy for its' speed, features and for its' versatility. It is just what I needed for home use and the price I paid was excellent. So far, VERY satisfied. Such a recent purchase that I cannot yet give it the 5 starts maximum. Give me 6 months and check back for an updated opinion. I doubt it will change, based on my past HP history.
