This always has been a great product. I've always purchased life proof for all of my devices. Yes, in the past they had made it a little hard to hear during a phone conversation. Nevertheless, that has drastically improved! I love this product because it protects my wireless device, and keeps it in great condition, practically brand new. I've always traded my phones in upon upgrades, and I've always been told that my phone is in perfect condition, thanks to this case. I like the otterbox as well. However, the otterbox allows sand and other particles to get to your phone, scratching some of the phone surfaces. All in all, it's all about user preference, and I rather have this than the otterbox any day. This case is sleek / thin. And the otterbox is bulky, doesn't really matter which one you get. Again great product [LifeProof]!
