Great Service, mediocre results

After $99 for a 'diagnostic/analysis' fee on my failed HD (which lets face it, they hook it up to a machine that does all the work), another $150 towards 'Tier 1' data recovery, three weeks later, they 'recovered' only about 65 GB of data out of 200+ GB on my HD. A more in depth 'Tier 2' data recovery option would have cost an additional $300 with no promises. 'Tier 3' would cost $500-800 or more.
Frankly, I felt it was a huge rip off / financial risk for poor results. Not to mention, who even knows if they're telling you the truth or just trying to get you to spend a fortune in recovery fees.

No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
