The Sideclick allows you to control the basic functions of your TV (or other device with an IR remote) while using a Roku streaming player. The symbols on the buttons indicate power, volume up/down, channel up/down, input, and two additional functions, but you can program the eight buttons to control any eight single-button functions. Actually, you can program the Sideclick for multiple devices, up to a total of eight functions. It's easy to program; the Sideclick learns from the TV's remote, so no codes are required nor provided. The sideclick comes with four different brackets for attaching it to the Roku remote; they cover all current and older Roku models. There's no interference with the Roku controls unless you have a model with a headphone jack; the jack is inaccessible with the Sideclick attached.

A very handy, very compact, USB 3 flash drive. Slide it in one direction for a standard Type A mini USB connector; slide it the opposite way for a newer Type C connector. Subtract one star for a misleading description; It does NOT include a micro USB connector, as the description seems to imply.
