Terrible phone, terrible service

This phone isn't great. The camera is crummy and it feels like a phone that came out five years ago. Simple mobile is the WORST company I've ever had to call. Every time I had to call they would mess up the account more than the last time. We had these phones for one month before switching to ATT.

So the phone is great. It is NOT unlocked, you have to use Simple Mobile. And they are horrible. We switched due to terrible customer service and now my 9 year old uses the phone as an iPod. (Actually, it's a pretty good deal as iPod, also.) love the phone, love the price, hate simple mobile.
