Great For The Cost

This device is great for on the go. It's not a high end computer but at the low price, I will have no fear to take it on the go and on vacation. It makes no noise, runs cool, has a screen large enough for me to read, and boasts Win 10 . The wifi reception is good. The keyboard separates a little too easily, but keep this in mind and it won't be a problem. I'd buy again.

Is this a touch screen?

Yes, this small computer has a touch screen that works very well. I find it pretty easy to touch small points in a target laden screen and usually get it the first time. I would recommend turning the pointer speed down to nearly the slowest possible. This seems to make the pointer less sensitive to grabbing on to things but is plenty fast for the small screen. Great computer for the money.
