Great but some tech "misses"

First off the sound quality is great. Second I think most people love this because of Stereo sound PLUS effective noise cancellation for calling from a loud location. I haven't really tested THAT aspect but trust that is a lot of the high ratings.
Three issues I've had include:
Maintaining connections with a list of devices. It can handle two at a time which is nice, but if more than that number of devices have been paired it can cause strange and irritating interruptions. A software issue and apparently a firmware update is hard to do from a Mac or iPhone (as of today).
Also sound can cut out when my head moves, not always but often enough. Could it be the phone? I don't think so but...
Final item, it could be more comfortable and secure. In combination with glasses my ears hurt after extended use yet, they can also slip out of place. Not for working out I'm guessing.
I think I'm pushing the device technically and it may be perfectly stable and comfortable for others. It does do GREAT quality audio and I believe it's also usually clear for the person listening to me as well.
