I have tried several different bluetooth headphones for the iPhone. These are by far the simplest and easiest to use. Once synced (which takes very little effort) all I have to do is put them in my ears and listen to music. There is a noticeable lag between tapping the earphones and the selected action but it's manageable. I use them while exercising and I do not have a problem with them, I guess I don't have sweaty ears. Overall, the best purchase for an iPhone other than AppleCare+.
