I am now on my fifth - and LAST - mophie. They never last longer than a year and my latest mophie case died after three months. I am giving this product two stars only because it works great while it is still operating. It charges your phone and works well as a protective case but they just don't last and they are far too expensive to die this quickly.

TWO MAJOR CONS FROM MY EXPERIENCE:
I had to trade it out after two weeks because the plastic for the mute switch chipped off and I was unable to toggle it on/off while the case was on. When I got the new one, the same thing happened. I now avoid muting my phone and have to instead turn the volume all the way to the lowest level.

Additionally, after only six months the battery doesn't charge more than half way, which isn't cool.
