Disappointed - clicking, slow to warm up

The good:
- It looks great compared to our 17 year old Whirlpool oven.

The bad:
- Oven clicks on and off very loudly. The convection fan clicking on and off is tolerable.
- The oven takes ~10 minutes to reach 400 °F. That is twice as long as our old oven. Why!
- The stove top looks like it's had one year of use after only one use.
