We needed to replace our old Kodak printer. Our son had recently replaced his Kodak printer with an HP and was pleased with it. We researched HP and decided on the HP Envy 5540 all in one because it has a front loading paper tray. The 5540 was easy to install and very easy to use. We have not used the fax yet. During setup, we were given AMPLE opportunities to sign up for Instant Ink but did not sign up for the service. However, we now think we will. It does appear to be a good deal. And Best Buy priced matched this purchase so it was a very good bargain.

We bought this Samsung refrigerator about a year ago and have changed the filter twice. The filter works great and is simple to change. We have turned off the water supply to the fridge each time prior to removing the old filter. We have had no leaks.

Great TV for the price

This TV is a replacement for a Samsung TV we purchased from Best Buy in 2012. We had no problems with that TV until something caused the screen to go black. Since we had the extended warranty on the original Samsung and Best Buy determined it could not be repaired, they replaced it with a new Samsung. We paid the difference in price to get this upgraded 4K Ultra HD LED model. The picture quality is great...crisp and brilliant. We use a Denon 5.1 speaker system with it so I can not tell you anything about the sound just from the TV speakers. (it's great the Denon speakers). I have only good things to say about the TV, the Garland Best Buy/Geek Squad and extended warranties. I recommend all three!

I was looking for a replacement to my 20+ year old range. I had my heart set on a convection oven range because I thought they would bake better. After reading negative reviews regarding the baking results of convection ovens in general, I changed my mind. I was looking for a basic range, not one that had 13 burners with 29 settings. I just wanted to do regular cooking and bake a cake and cookies on occasion. This range fit the bill perfectly. I really do like it. The oven bakes cakes that rise and are light and fluffy. It does a MUCH better job than my old oven did. I also like the high output burner which boils water very quickly. The installation was very smooth and easy. This range fit into the previous range's space without a problem. In fact, the only negative about this range is the timer. When the time is up, the timer beeps three or four beeps in a row and then stops. And it is not a very loud beep. If you are not in the kitchen when the timer goes off, you will probably not hear it. My old range's timer beeped three loud beeps, paused and then beeped three more loud beeps until you came and turned it off. I've solved this problem by using the timer on my microwave which is louder than the new range's timer and the microwave timer will sound the series of beeps multiple times. The puny timer is not reason enough to not buy this range. It is great in every other way (although I agree with another reviewer that mentioned the shiny black surface is a little hard to keep spot free). I bought the range when it was on sale but even if it's not on sale when you purchase it, you will still get your money's worth.
What's great about it: Oven goes a great job baking, especially cakes
What's not so great: The timer only beeps one series of beeps and it is not very loud.
